Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Product must include all accessories and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
- Opened software products
- Damaged items caused by misuse
- Clearance or promotional items
- Mobile reload services and digital products
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
